1. How can educational perennialism be applied to second language learning and teaching? What does it look like? How would it be different from pursuing essentialism or progressivism or existentialism or behaviorism or social reconstructionism?

2. Why do we now mostly talk about learners' psychology but not teachers'? Why is it important to talk about teachers' motivation, identity, autonomy, emotions, etc.?

3. What sort of things can be said about the neoliberal language learning institutions in South Korea? Is it possible to practice perennialism in those settings? What would be the benefits?

4. Why do ethics matter in education?

5. How do neoliberal values affect the culture of education?
